RecommendedRay, the mechanic , was very nice, honest, and informative. My husband needed an oil change on his truck and wanted to try this place out. We are very glad we did! And we will be bringing my car for an oil change. Along with, we will be back to get our brakes done on both vehicles.

I am in awe of the kindness of an employee named Vincent last Sunday. I was moving across country from Austin, TX to Atlanta, GA and my battery went dead unexpectedly! Total nightmare. I ended up in Baytown (never been there before) and I bought a battery from autozone but the employees there said they didn’t know how install it. We called Elite to beg them to stay open a little later so that we can tow the car to them to have the battery installed (they close at 4pm and it was 3:45pm). Bad customer service!!!!!!!!!! Rude employees!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION !!!!!!!!
I came in for an oil change, I was in and out within 30-40 mins. They also completed a 5 point inspection. They found a few things that needed to be done but explained why it was important and gave me a realistic time line of when it should be serviced and said it did not have to be serviced today, it was an fyi. I appreciated that they also provided me with a quote of the service for when I wanted to complete them in the future. Great customer service!!
They are always friendly and never turn me down always making sure I understand everything that’s going on with my car! Love it thanks guys!

This place use to be great but it’s overpriced now with lower quality. There is no point in talking to the manager either he’ll beat around the bush.
