I came yesterday I didn't notice they only game me the receipt not the inspection sticker. I came back today I been waiting for 30 mins they still have give me the inspection paper. This place is so unprofessional the employees didn't show no empathy for my situation. Honest workers here. Went for brake pads mechanic ray inspected pads and rotors turns out I didn’t need any and charged me no fees. Great help from the guys.
So last week I went to go get my inspection at Elite Lube & Inspection Baytown in Baytown. Maybe five minutes during the process a man walks in and ask me if my car key was broken previously before entering the shop. I assured him that it was a brand new key. He than proceeded to tell me that it was already probably broken and it happens often with Honda keys. I gave the man a look and asked him how are you going to fix my key. Lady said my wiper blades were ripped for inspection they were working fine. Failed my inspection and she wanted to sell me wiper blades and air filters. Then she did the inspection and never even checked the gas cap. She used their test gas cap. She wasn’t worried about safety only making a sale!!! Poor way to run a business!!
Always have good service here. Ray was very informative on my car needs and not pushy.
