Since they were purchased by a larger company their communication went to great to nothing. Almost cost me our business., Due to lack or communication three years straight with this company. I had all my policy’s with them due to an individual who was relationship based but that changed when they were bought out. Do not use them if you want someone that will help you or respond in a timely manner.
