Elite Housing Management is an Absolute Nightmare If I could give this HOA management company zero stars, I would. Elite Housing Management is by far the worst HOA company I have ever encountered. Elite Housing Management actively and egregiously violate 14th amendment rights of homeowners under their purview. They believe they're adding value to your neighborhood via "violations" when the fact is they make up violations to justify their existence. A perfect example is if you have a golf cart and have it in the driveway, even if you just came home for lunch from driving around. It doesn't matter -- these jerks will issue a violation letter. SO they email you unsolicited and with no proof that we read it other that they can tell on their end if you opened the email. Not proper and due notification per their rules state a written letter must be mailed. Then they send another email with threats of fines. Per our attorney, registered or certified mail or recorded phone calls are the only ways to enforce. Horrible company. Just as the other reviews say, it is to the point of harassment. If whoever is patrolling can find the most minor thing, down to they don’t like how you have decorated the outside of your house/yard. They will notify you and try to fine you. I can see a class action lawsuit coming soon. This company is an absolute group of thieves as I'm sure many of you has seen in other reviews. This company will find anything and everything to try to get some money out of you. I have seen people including myself fined and harassed for simply planning flowers to make their yard look better. This HOA management company is completely out of control and honestly needs to be reported to the city of Huntsville for there many violations.

This company is a joke. The staff of this company are illiterate and rude, and absolutely care about nothing. They throw fines out left and right for some but not the others. Hardly anyone answers the phone in the office to even help remedy any problems and if they do, they have an awful attidute. Poor excuse for a company and pitiful people that work for it. I’ve lived in two houses under this HOA and both times it has been absolutely awful. Fix your problems please.

This company is horrible. We had them when we rented and now into owning a house. I am about to get fined for putting rocks in a flower bed because I didn't request to. This is an absolute joke of a company. We have neighbors with literal weeds overgrown into their front yard from the back and they have yet to do anything about that, but I put some rocks in a flower bed it's fine city.

Ms. Smith, Crystal, Christine, Christy, or whatever her name is, is a liar. Don’t ever trust this company. They are disrespectful, unprofessional, and speak to the residents in an uncalled-for manner. Elite Housing Management is a bad company. Terrible management company! We are constantly getting knit-picky notices ...the lawn is slightly overgrown on the edges (which is rarely noticeable and we regularly trim and edge our lawn)...and now they are saying that we cannot keep our trash cans on the side or rear of our homes (but rather they need to be kept behind a privacy fence or in a garage).
