Sunshine Homes builds an awesome home. Elite really doesn’t seem to care about set up. The contractor they suggested basically made a pond collection under our house. Our home is a double wide and two years on the end siding has yet to be installed correctly. Elites job was easy, we paid cash. They’ve not made it real easy for us. Get a Sunshine Home, but not from Elite.
My husband and I have made several attempts to inquire about a home there and have yet to get any straightforward answers. The first attempt, the guy was very rude, the second attempt my husband was told to just come to the lot. We live an hour away. All we wanted was an estimated quote on a specific model exactly as shown. They were supposed to call us back and never have. Just stopped there today and the salesman, Denny, was very polite and informative. Looking forward to buying my future home from Elite.
If Steve set up your home please be cautious. After numerous complaints they sent someone else out to address our concerns. Needless to say they found numerous deficiencies in Steve’s work. Our unit was delivered a month ago and we still can’t reside it in. Seemed all Elite was concerned with was getting proof of insurance and signing the mortgage companies paperwork.
I asked about pricing on some of their models and I got a sarcastic and quite frankly rude response from whoever answered the phone. I was asking for a low budget friend and I'm so glad that I called for them so that they didn't have to hear someone say their budget would get them "a closet" and nothing else. A simple "Unfortunately we don't carry that price range." would have sufficed. Based on a 30 second conversation, I will not be referring any business their way.
