This has got to be the worst company ever. The COMMUNICATION with this company sucks. My family member has been a client with this company for almost 3 years now and I have never had problems with this company until recently. My family members Caregiver on the weekends will call out almost every weekend and this come doesn't notify me until 30 minutes after the time the caregiver is supposed to be there.
