This place is an absolute joke. Calls go unanswered and not returned after actually speaking to someone. Left house and animals to boil for 5 days (so far) and could have bought an entirely new unit with the costs so far epent on a hotel. American Homeshield contracts them and has difficulties getting a hold of them as well. Wondering who I can send my hotel and electric bill to when this nightmare is over. Stay tuned for the outcome.

Ashley and Julie are the sweetest, kindest most patient people I have met in this industry. This entire process was easy and seamless. I made a claim to my warranty company. Within a couple hours an appointment was scheduled. Our tech Matt and his apprentice quickly agreed with Aksarben that I needed a new system. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I also believe they are not PCI DSS compliant and I will be reporting this issue, they did offer any other services to check for AC unit leaks. They just filled it up and charged me. They took my CC information by writing it down and still have not charged it after two weeks. I left several messages to try and pay them for their services cash, no response. The card number expired.
