My home warranty service sent Elite, so glad they did! They were able to move up the service time for me, get AC fixed. From the scheduler to the knowledgeable tech Matt, it was a rare pleasant repair service.
The company installed my gas furnace without getting a permit from the city. I paid for the permit with the cost of the furnace. I have been trying to contact the company for 2 months in hope to request a permit. The company has not responded to my phone calls or emails. I have left numerous voicemails requesting the company pulls a permit, the company is not responding.
