Absolutely disgusted with having to work with this company through my home warranty. After a service call, they have not provided the home warranty with the service report. It has been weeks since the tech came out and they have been contacted multiple times to provide the report. I have a ductwork issue causing mold growth and the delay and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable. Never recommending or using this company of my own will ever again. Maybe this will prompt a response/follow-up?

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Elite Heating & Air. From start to finish, they were extremely responsive, professional, reliable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Top notch. They actually really care. They made sure to make everything easy to understand after I was not understanding certain issues. I will always recommend places like this that go above and beyond for the customer.

This place is an absolute joke. Calls go unanswered and not returned after actually speaking to someone. Left house and animals to boil for 5 days (so far) and could have bought an entirely new unit with the costs so far epent on a hotel. American Homeshield contracts them and has difficulties getting a hold of them as well. Wondering who I can send my hotel and electric bill to when this nightmare is over. Stay tuned for the outcome.
