WE HAVE BEEN WITH ELITE HEAT THIS I THINK IS OUR FITH SEASON AND I HAVE 2 ALMOST 3 ATHLETES IN THE GYM RANGING FROM DIFFERENT SKILL LEVELS AND I CAME FROM ANOTHER LOCAL GYM. ALL PROGRAMS OR ANY BUSINESS WILL HAVE ITS PROS AND CONS. BUT MY GIRLS LOVE BEING APART OF ELITE HEAT THE COACHES ARE WARM AND WELCOMING TO THEM AND PUSH AND BELIEVE IN THEM.
