Just had a hearing test today in the Middleburg office. Jackie at the front desk was personable, professional, and provided excellent customer service. The office environment was clean, orderly, and welcoming. Noah Mason, the Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist, who himself is a hearing aid wearer, administered my free hearing test and evaluation. He explained the results, and recommended solutions in moving forward. I highly recommend this office location staffed with approachable and professional personnel.
Cameron is the best. He knows what he is doing and does it well It is a pleasure to be in his hands.
Both my husband and I have been very pleased with the service and professionalism of the Asheville, NC. Elite Hearing Center employees. Ashley is patient, clear spoken and friendly.
