Dr. Haynes and his staff were friendly and efficient. The patient portal was a little wonky, but overall a good experience.
My visit with Dr Sheaffer was very frustrating. His demeanor was rude and dismissive. According to him, my lived experience was impossible, my physical therapist was wrong, my primary care doctor was likely wrong too. I came for what my primary care thought was a Morton's neuroma. Dr Sheaffer said he couldn't determine if I had a Morton's neuroma or not, but it didn't matter and he would still do a cortisone injection since I refused surgery. Dr. Sheaffer, DPM of Elite Foot & ankle at the SW King James Place Office was very informative & showed much professionalism, along with his staff. Made my visit very comfortable! I would recommend his professionalism to others.
