Dr. Sheaffer, DPM of Elite Foot & ankle at the SW King James Place Office was very informative & showed much professionalism, along with his staff. Made my visit very comfortable! I would recommend his professionalism to others.
My visit with Dr Sheaffer was very frustrating. His demeanor was rude and dismissive. According to him, my lived experience was impossible, my physical therapist was wrong, my primary care doctor was likely wrong too. I came for what my primary care thought was a Morton's neuroma. Dr Sheaffer said he couldn't determine if I had a Morton's neuroma or not, but it didn't matter and he would still do a cortisone injection since I refused surgery. Great experience here! The staff was super quick on answering the phone and getting me an appointment same day, I greatly appreciate their kindness. Dr.Sheaffer is great and I highly recommend him ! Thank you
