I'm so frustrated with their new messaging system. I just want to set up an appointment. It also takes much longer to get anything done. It is not convenient for the patients at all!!!! It took 3 days just to get a refill called in that we had discussed getting done at my last appointment. I'm Irritated for sure!
I see the nurse practitioner, she has always been very kind and listened to me when I explained my issues. The office staff has been very kind and accommodating especially Mya, who is the triage nurse... she always has a great attitude and genuinely cares. The waits can be a little long but I don’t mind so long as I’m receiving good care!
Dr. Ashton Peterson is a great doctor who is very kind and generally wants to help the patient. I hadn't found a Dr. I liked until I met Dr. Peterson. She is great and kid friendly. I had her with my Medicaid and since I got a job I will be keeping her as my PCP
It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in a medical facility. It took over an hour and a half to get in and out. Dr. V. Aggerwal is very dry, unpersonable, agrumentative and thinks he knows it all. A person knows their own body and what is going on. But this doctor does not listen. All he wants to do is run a bunch of lab work and send u out to another facility of his choice to get x-rays, etc. The staff is constantly changing probably because of his aweful demeanor. Please go somewhere else.
