Elite Exteriors inspected my roof and found hail damage. They met with the insurance adjuster and helped me with the claim process. Their crew did an excellent job and installed my new roof in one day. Thank you Speedy and Bobby for a job well done, the roof looks great.

If there could be zero stars there would be. Long story short, they were in the middle of replacing our roof, it rained hard, raining in our home in all sorts of places, they waited 4 days to come out after we spent days cleaning up, and told us it all looks dry now so we are good to go. Wet insulation in attic, rained on washer, dryer, furnace, well system, and hot water tank. Refusing to call back or answer phone calls or emails. They did an amazing job. Bobby showed up and worked with my insurance agent from day one. I had been through issues before with other roofing companies who couldn't even work with the agent. Bobby did an amazing job he made the whole process easy for me so I didn't have to worry. They ghosted me. I spent the better part of 4 months working with Elite, getting them to investigate my roof and create the necessary documents needed to manage the process with my insurance company. I even signed the agreement paperwork with them to do the work. After some back and forth, some of the communication started getting really slow.
