The entire process from start to finish was so easy and they were so helpful and professional. From starting the claim very soon after the hail storm on 4/2/25 to the finished product less than 4 months later, they talked me through everything and worked with my insurance company to make sure I got everything I needed. Very impressed with the entire process roof was replaced in one day siding was replaced in three days partially due to weather and the gutters were done in less than half a day. Elite was in our neighborhood doing roof replacements and offered a free inspection. Our roof was older and it was likely time to replace it. They did an inspection, provided me the details to submit my insurance claim and kept me informed throughout the process on what to expect. Once work began, it was all done in a single day. We had a minor follow up ask and they resolved it quickly. They then submitted the work they did back to my insurance company and kept me informed. Our new roof looks beautiful and they did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. **** was our onsite coordinator and he was awesome. So happy with our experience with Elite Exteriors!It took another company 6+ months to get us absolutely no where. Speedy came out and within 2-3 weeks we were approved for a full replacement! The constant contact has been amazing compared to our previous experience with another company! Im blown away by how well this company has taken care of us and actually cared about their customers!
This is a company with old school values, they are honest and ethical. Elite is very easy to work with and their work is exceptional. Elite Exteriors did a great job with our new roof. From the free inspection up to the roof replacement, they were on top of it. It was nice they dealt with insurance and made the whole process smooth. I got to work with Speedy who went above and beyond to help out from putting in a new vent and replacing damaged screens. Get the free inspection. It is worth it.
