RecommendedWe had a crisis with Arnold Estman a few years back. I called Courtney and she sent an ambulance to help immediately! Elite was outstanding in their help, they are the Best of the Best!
My husband cut his eye open from the bow string and needed to be transported to St. Elizabeth's trauma center in Youngstown and they refused because my husband is a vet and only has V.A. insurance. My entire family feels this was such an unethical thing to do. Such unproffesionalism. What about all the overdose runs you go on and use narcan on the taxpayers money.
Shane & his Partner we’re nothing short of amazing Tu night/We morning! They kindly recommended to the ER doc that they transport us to CHP being an acute situation. Our son had post-op bleeding from a tonsillectomy. I’ve never been so scared in my life, there was so much blood! They assisted the ER staff, reassured us he’d be fine. This is the second time Elite has taken our baby boy to CHP! He can’t wait to come and say thank you!! Thank you guys so, so much again!! ~The Fisher’s

My granddaughter and I would like to thank you all for the school supplies you gave her. They helped us so much.
Couldn’t of ask for better service. Courtney even texted me halfway thru my drive to let me know my son was is stable condition, knowing how upset I was that I couldn’t be with him yet. Courtney also met me in the parking lot of St. Elizabeth’s and walked me in and gave me updates. Then even texted later for updates on how he was doing. I can’t thank you enough for talking such good care of Justin for me! We greatly appreciate everything you did!!
Response time, professionalism and care were all absolutely top notch. Thank you guys for making a scary situation a lot less stressful.
