I was hoping for a reliable experience, but instead, I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. The experience was bad.
Note to any LGBTQ+/transgender individuals seeking care: If you are seeking gender affirming care-related hair removal in the bikini area do note that they will turn you away, the staff I spoke too were very unprofessional when I asked about it. They did say they will do face-related hair removal, however, but given how they spoke to me I would not be comfortable going here for that if that were one of my needs. It's far from beautiful, and the service was disappointed.
