I do recommend Elitte DNA — but pray you don’t have to call and speak to their front desk person who appease or acts like she is working at retail store and NOT a mental health providers office - she appears to not have mental health training - she was very rude - zero empathy zero compassion no clue what patients she is trying to help. I loved my appointment with Dr. Sellers but the front office woman I spoke to “on behalf of Dr. Sellers” was extremely rude. They refused to give me a temporary refill of my meds so I don’t experience withdrawal between now and my next visit & failed to inform me prior that I needed to see the Dr. every 3 months to receive a refill - despite my other medication having 2 refills left on it. It’s a frustrating situation in itself, but having a rude employee who doesn’t care for their clients makes it all the worse.

I would 100% not recommend seeking therapy services with Elite DNA Tallahassee. As mentioned in other reviews, the person at the front desk is no help at all. This person has a rude tone and a very nasty attitude every time I have called in with a concern or needing assistance. On top of that, the billing department is horrible. I have left multiple voice messages, and have yet to receive 1 single call back weeks later. Do not do it! Other offices may have better service, but the Tallahassee office definitely needs some work... read more

I deeply regret transferring care to this office. I was scheduled to see Cassandra Melton, NP for continuation of care. I had my records sent over in preparation for the appointment, as I was at the end of my prescriptions and would need refills. it was a disaster from the start. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, it was under a different name with all of my information. Somehow, they managed to mix my information and another patients information. Do NOT come here if you don't have stable insurance! I want to preface this with my negative review has nothing to do with my provider; she is wonderful and I'd still be seeing her if I had my old insurance. However, if you do not have insurance, expect to be charged an asinine amount to see your provider for 10 minutes and not be able to reach billing after calling 3 times in a week.
