All staff are extremely pleasant and professional. Never keep you waiting for your appointment. State-of-the-art equipment. Would NOT go to another dental practice.
Prior to going to Waldron Dentistry, I had white knuckle experiences hanging onto the dental chairs of other dentists. Now, I relax knowing the entire Waldron staff is friendly, competent, knowledgeable, and professional. They regularly attend conferences/workshops and bring up-to-date techniques back into their practice that they apply with their patients. Great dentistry!
I drive 45 minutes for this practice. That should say it all. I've had cleanings, fillings, crown, bonding. They are perfectionist and want to make me satisfied at every visit; no matter how long it takes. Everyone is very friendly and genuinely cares. I even heard the receptionist help someone who showed up in the wrong practice. She went so far as to google and call a possible practice for the lost people. I loved hearing that they go the extra mile even if it is not their patient. WOW!
I have been a patient of Dr. Waldron's for many, many, years and have always found his care excellent. All of the staff is very professional and caring. I would never consider going to any other facility.
Every member of the staff was warm and friendly which means a lot to someone who is terrified of going to the dentist!
Dr. Waldron always takes the necessary time to understand my concerns and address them in the most professional manner possible! The office is extremely well run and I have recommended them on numerous occasions.
