Always a professional, comfortable experience.
I had specifically made an appointment with Dr. Waldron Sr.. at the recommendation of my specialist. However, when I arrived at the office, I was NOT INFORMED until I was seated in the examining room and had already waited in the chair for almost 15 minutes that I would NOT be seeing Dr. Waldron!! I asked to speak with the Office Manager who did not think this was a problem! She explained that I would see the next available dentist. I have been going here for almost 2 years and each time, I have an amazing experience. You are always greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in. The facility is upscale and clean. The hygienists and doctors always remember you. The whole thing feels very personalized and not like they are just trying to get you in and out.
Yesterday was my first experience and it was Awesome! I was greeted by a wonderful staff, shown around, introduced to many staff members and overall it was the BEST experience! I can't be more thrilled!
All of the Waldron associates, from the Concierge to the Billing Specialist and for sure my Hygienist, Robin, seemed genuinely happy to be at work and to be helping patients. My hygiene associate was consultative, provided useful advice tailored to my specific mouth and to my specific preferences for brushing and flossing.
