I had to go back to Dr D**'s office to get my crown recemented after only 2 yr. AND, it fell off AGAIN after the 2nd cementing, only an hour after leaving her office. She blamed me for breaking the tooth below it so she can have a reason to charge me $200 for it after already spending $900 on that crown. Dear *****, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the service. The tooth that had the crown done 2 years ago had a root canal and build up that was done by another doctor before you came to us for the crown treatment. As Dr D** explained to you, the build up broke off with the crown. Therefore, The tooth had to have the post build up and a new crown to fit that. The $200 charge was only for the post build up. We didn't charge you for the cementation of the crown. We understand that because of cost you do not want a new crown ... read more
