I would not recommend coming here. The wait times are ridiculous and it seems like they overbook patients. Appointment times feel pointless because you can end up waiting 2–3 hours just to be seen. I originally came in for a simple cleaning and filling with Dr. Omorodion, but I left in severe pain. I left feeling extremely disappointed and distraught with my experience.
Avoid this place if you can! I would rate it 0 star if I could! Was told I need a filling, which was done. However, the doctor that did it was unprofessional! Not only was it not done properly, I almost couldn't breathe the whole time and she stretched my mouth until it was bruised while I was numbed. After that, I rescheduled to get it checked to see why I was feeling really bad sensitivity after getting that filling. In my humble opinion, it's really hard to find a dentist in Philadelphia who does good work. This place is okay in terms of the work itself, but they're terrible at keeping track of appointments. They give you an appointment for one time, and you have to wait for about three hours because they schedule so many patients for the same time slot. Honestly, they're awful.
This place need to be shut down, The staff is obviously nice, but they’re doing a terrible job, maintenance and people‘s teeth, what are you doing charging people all that money just to brush their teeth, my kid been going there for like almost 2 years every six months and they couldn’t even pay attention to her cavities. They’ll let me know until it got worse. And the crazy thing is I’m paying cash
