They did a filling for me on a Tuesday. I left to work right away. But once the numbness went away. I couldn’t bite at all it’s uncomfortable to eat. I called and they told me to come and they open Saturday. Now here I am on Saturday and they close. After driving 2 hour here for nothing. Now I have to go back and come back again
BAD..... Experience I just moved in the area. And was told this was a great rated dentist. NO, my appointment was for 2:00. I waited until 3:10 and got called. This morning when I scheduled a emergency appointment I told them a tooth broke last night. And I needed a emergency appointment. I was told everything was good and I can come in at 2:00. 0 stars worse dental office in north Philly! I went 3 days in a row for an appointment & rescheduled each time because of the wait my appointment was for 1pm and never was seen I was left in the room with no one checking to see if I was seen by the dentist & the dental assistants use the same gloves while working on ya mouth and touching everything in the office they do not believe in changing gloves. I finally withdrew my file and will be going else where! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRASHY PLACE
I waited an he and a half to been seen. Then when I got to the back they was moving very slow . I kept expressing that I was in pain. They walk around talking laughing , looking in their phones. I got there at 1:15 didn’t get to the back until 2:40. And they still didn’t have to empathy
