Pathetic Service – I totally agree with another reviewer that these rating are padded. We bought a groupon for 4 hours of cleaning. Firstly it took forever to schedule an appointment with them. Then the lady who took the appointment gathered details about the house. She repeatedly mentioned that there is very little they could do in 4 hours of cleaning (May be just 3 bathrooms, Seriously!!). We decided to get our lower level done. Very happy! – I feel Bad for Brentley at Citysearch because apparently he/she is the only one who had a bad experience. I am a new home owner to LM and although it took me a while to get an appointment, when they finally were able to come I couldn't be happier. Padded reviews – They say one thing, do another. They do not listen to requests. They are the most expensive first time cleaners I have encountered. I tend to believe the other reviews are either padded or made up by Elite staff, and/or relatives thereof. BUYER BEWARE!
Glad I switched to Elite – What a great experience! I switched to Elite recently and I think that was one of the best decisions I ever made. Friendly staff, excellent prompt service and the best comminication. Being a business owner the last thing I need to worry about is service from a vendor that I am paying and the Elite team takes that worry away! Elite makes me feel like I am their best customer. Recommend to friends – Courteous staff and well equipped to clean the home. Have used Elite for over two years and never had a problem, only satisfaction with the work. Trustworthy! Have left the house key many times when not at home and never had a problem. Have recommended to friends and neighbors.
A trustworthy company – I'm so glad that I found Elite Cleaning. The staff is courteous, they leave my house in pristine condition, and it always smells clean after they are here. I love that they are a local company that I can trust. It saves me time to have Elite here, and it is money well spent!
Move-in cleaning & Junk removal – I am a new homeowner in the Limerick area & the old homeowners left it such a mess. I called ECS to use one of their coupons. My new house smelled and looked brand new. They deep cleaned it for a full day, and it made the move into my new home possible. Also, I hired them to remove all the junk from my basment. They offer a wide range of home services. I have scheduled an appointment for August for them to clean my office/warehouse facility as well.
