Had vents and returns cleaned as well as kitchen tile floor and grout. Pricing is on the expensive side. Disregard for protecting surfaces in home exhibited a complete lack of courtesy. No protection on walls led to dirty water being slung all over newly painted walls and trim in kitchen. Removal of return vent resulted in newly painted wall being scratched as well. Wouldn't recommend.
Weird company. Called to make an appointment for a move out cleaning service for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom about 850 sq ft. No one answered. Then they messaged me at 1:30am... didn't get to message back till the next morning but never gave me a call only through message and didn't give a me quote and didn't explain any service what they were going to do.... messaged back because I was so skeptical and also only had about 1 week till move out. Absolute horrible job. Left space a mess after cleaning. Didn’t clean under or around furniture.
They do great cleaning but horrible administration. They don't pick up most days and I have been asking for a $2,500 receipt from last month at my business and no one can pickup or find it. Horrible
