Love this place and the doctor so very much! He listens to any concerns you have, doesn’t rush through anything, and takes the time to throughly answer and explain through any concerns or questions you have. He has greatly helped my knee pain not be so frequent and helped me mend after I was in a fender bender.

Dr. Natividad is amazing! He was very informative and explains what is going on in a way that makes sense! Once he starts treatment he explains what he is doing so that you won’t be surprised. He is very professional and caring of his patients! The office is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere! His staff is amazing as well!! They make you feel comfortable and at home. Almost like you are family! 😊
Hurt my back as a teen. Ive dealt with back trouble my whole adult life and Ive seen many chiropractors. This week I hurt my sciatic and lower back. The next day I found out about Elite and had an appointment for the next morning. I am so excited to find a good chiropractor in Helotes instead of driving across the city for an adjustment. Dr was super friendly, very patient with my teething 2 year old and helped me start with a plan to feeling well and staying well in the 1st visit. Glad to have found this office!

I've been getting adjustments for a week and I'm already feeling a difference, my neck, shoulder and lower back pains are improving. Dr. Natividad gave a thorough explanation of what was seen on the ex-rays, answered all questions and planned a treatment program for my individual needs. He and his staff have all been kind and attentive, I do recommend this practice to anyone.
