Every time I come in everyone is so friendly. After having a car accident they take care of my back/neck. I would recommend them to everyone!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. And it’s worth my travel time to visit :) Can’t beat Elite Chiropractic & Rehab.
Dr. Robert Natividad has been most helpful with my chronic back problems. He and his staff are like family and I have gotten the best of care. I would recommend the Elite Group highly.

Dr. Rob is Excellent , Friendly staff , Super clean office , No hassle scheduling , Even though my neck is fused , He is still able to get around it and make me feel better , I’ve been to a dozen of Chiropractors in my life , but no other Office had the full package , This office is definitely 5 Stars !
Great Doctor! Very Thorough and professional. Beautiful clinic. Dr. Natividad has helped me tremendously with my neck and back pain. I highly recommend everyone in the San Antonio area to schedule an appointment ASAP. Don’t make any more excuses! Start putting your health first.
5 stars isn’t even enough for them. They are hands-down the best. From the office staff to the doctor. They are friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. My whole family goes there and everyone loves them. The doctor listens to your concerns never rushes and really cares. The Office staff is also amazing they have always gone above and beyond to help.
