The gentleman who came to my home was very polite and professional and the carpet looked great when he was done. I just wish I didn't have a long narrow stripe of dead grass across the length of my yard from where the hose was. Overall good experience. Would recommend to a friend. Would just suggest to not have the hose across your nice green grass. lol.
