The guy kept saying oh no. Lost something when changing my oil. The guy beside him kept checking on him to see if everything was okay. Apparently lost something to my car. When finished, he asked for a tip, never heard of this from an oil change place. Also didn’t reset my dial for my next oil change mileage. Not very impressed.
