Broke down on 270 at 4am. Ryan, truck #1 driver #1, made it all better. He was my knight in shining armor that rescued me when I needed a pickup. The wind was nasty and it was so cold! Between Ryan and the officer that waited behind me with lights flashing I was taken care of and delivered to my destination. Thank you Ryan! Now to fix my beast...
Elite was recommended by a family member to have customized painting done. From the initial visit to the final product, they exceeded my expectations. Very easy to work with, communication was excellent and they got the work done quickly. The end result is immaculate in quality.
My van died while myself and my two kids were traveling from Oklahoma to Massachusetts. I didn't have a clue where I was or where to start to get help. Elite Auto took care of us from the beginning of getting us off the highway to the end and getting us back on the road. A huge thank you to Denny our driver to the gentleman that kept us informed of the repairs throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Jimmy in truck #24 was an unbelievable help today. He got to my car quickly and helped me to get the car running well enough to get it home without even needing to tow it. Kind and helpful service, definitely thinks about the customer first. 10 out of 10

Jimmy truck #24 was awesome today! Can't thank you enough for everything!!! I waited longer on hold with AAA then I did waiting on him to arrive once he called me. Picked me up from a gas station across the road, just so I didn't have to cross it during morning traffic. He even dropped my SUV right in my driveway. I'll definitely be coming to Elite for service in the future if he's the kind of people working there.
