Huge shout out to Jeff who did a fantastic job fixing my flat today. Another company came out prior to him and did not take the time to do their due diligence and left me there telling me I needed to be towed. Jeff went above and beyond to figure out the issue, and no tow, and a plug and I was on my way. Thanks so much! Great customer service.
I can't speak to their craftmanship but if their drivers are indicative of the level of skill they hire, I wouldn't let them touch my kids Tonka trucks. 4/18/18 @ 2:25pm Westbound on I4 in Orlando, the older gentleman driving their truck dove from the shoulder to the road with no signal and no regard for oncoming cars.. looked like he was looking at his phone.. But maybe he was just trying to create some business..
They did a great job on my car after I was hit in the side. Handled everything for me with adjuster and rental car also. So glad to have my car pretty again!! Thank you!
Fred replaced a battery for us in 3 degree cold. He was professional, friendly, and probably the best road side assistance staff I've ever had help assist me.
Didn’t catch the name of the technician that came and replaced my battery this morning, but whoever he’s helping is lucky to have him. Great guy, very personable, and knows his stuff. Did the job in no time and saved me at least an hour of jumping my car, driving to an auto parts store, and replacing it myself. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed.
Do not trust them they did a repair and replaced pieces, then they go bad and they won't stand behind their product and fix it!! Very sad
A big shout out to Ashley for helping me with getting things set up with Enterprise Rent a car. She went out of her way for me. Great customer service.
