Once upon a time their was a rollback driver..truck 1. Driver 1.. Truck 1 driver 1 worked ALOT of hours.. Kept his truck cleaner than other drivers and worked on the side doing the new parking lot and the big new driveway at the new Elite shop. Truck 1 driver 1 also went and did more excavation at another property for Elite that is for sale...That was over a year ago and they still havent paid me. Cant get a call back or John to come to the phone..nothing.... So read all your reveiws..but know when they owe you its different... read more
Had a flat tire for the Columbus crew play off game, and afterwards Ryan, truck number one and driver number one, provided efficient and professional service to get us home. I recommend this towing company to anybody.
I had a claim w State Farm and their towing company dropped the ball, so I used my AAA service to have Elite come out. My driver Curtis, #18, responded and wrapped up quickly what State Farm/Road America couldn't do in 24 hours. He was friendly and courteous too! Thank you!!
