Initial communication with Chad was great, I made an appointment with him via email for 5:00 PM on Friday. By 6:00 PM, no one had shown up, and no phone call or email telling me why. I understand that things come up and plans can change, but my time is valuable and a no-call no-show is simply unacceptable. I should have saved myself the time and frustration and gone to Safelite to begin with, I will share my experience and recommend others do the same.

Within 24 hours they fixed my windshield. .. this my second time going to them... great job
I called yesterday and they came to my house to fix the chips in my windshield today! Showed up on time, did the work quickly and expertly, and just generally made the whole (what I assumed would be a pain) endeavor easy and efficient. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to get their glass work done with you!
