My wife had something hit her windshield a few days ago and our initial thought was safelite which was a huge mistake they quoted us 408$ for her windshield. Customer service at this place is amazing! Can't remember what the owner's name is but he always got me in right away. I made my initial apt. but then noticed a creaking when driving, I called to ask about it, he said if it doesn't go away in a day call and we will get you back in. It didn't go away so I came back a day after calling he got me in again. He took my car for a test drive to make sure it was gone at first it wasn't but it turned out to be my fault an old sealant I put on the window seal lol. Anyway he still took... read more

They fit me in on their busy thanksgiving week! there was an issue with the window that was initially shipped, none of it their fault at all, then got me in the very next day! great communication! i sat in the nice waiting room watching tv and before i knew it, he was done! great service! definitely cheaper than the big name guys! thanks again!
Highly recommend elite auto, they were able to get me an appointment that week for windshield replacement. Even came and picked up my car from work and dropped it back off in less than an hour! Great pricing and very friendly service!
