I was referred to this shop by State Farm. Took my car in to get repaired. I got side swiped on my passenger side. I talked with Trish about my repair. She basically stated that my car was at totaled loss based off her estimate. My brother took his 2018 Benz to Elite expecting and prepared to pay hundreds, even a grand or more for a repaint. Ethan was an honest, super-helpful customer satisfaction expert. He said he didn't think a re-paint was necessary. In short, he took the car himself, fixed the problem and had my brother on the road saving hundreds of $$$ in less than 15 minutes.
