I got a car from them about a week ago. They didn't push me or tell me what to do. They helped me with everything. Then I had problems with the car and they fixed it right away. All I can say is this place will help you and they are very nice people.
Me and my s/o purchased a car from here and they were also able to fix the minor issue our car had,even fixed the back window that didnt roll down without us knowing and got a brand new muffler put in and the three days we went without our car they made sure we had a car to get around in. I had no credit and could only a afford about $250.00 a month for a car payment. U-Pull It didn't even want my trade in and they took it to help me get into a car. I got turned down at multiple car lots before I found Elite. The whole crew there were down to earth and made me feel like part of the family! Plus when I sent my mom and dad to get a better car they gave me $100 for referring them to Elite! Don't go anywhere else before checking these guys out. Thanks for everything Travis and Matt!
You knowingly sold me a warranty that wasn't going to cover the cost of the repairs and then lied to me when I brought it back in to have it repaired a week after I purchased the 2009 Silver BMW with 119,000 miles. You're a dishonest dealer and I'm spreading the word. Bellevue is an awesome town and doesn't deserve businesses like you who are dishonest and lie to the customer. The fumes are now so bad from the oil leak that it is making me and my son sick to our stomachs when I drive it. So now my car is sitting in my garage... read more
