Very rude and not helpful at all
I contacted Elite to repair a 13 year old Kenmore Elite LG refrigerator. They came out the very same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and even had the part (compressor) in the truck. They had it up and running in an hour. Very professional and nice people to work with - would definitely recommend!

Elite Appliance is great! After struggling with other appliance companies - Elite was able to help and was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule. They arrived on time, were very knowledgable with my refrigerator and able to fix the issue on the spot. I referred them to a friend who had a lingering issue with their old dishwasher and they were able to help them as well with great service. Dishwasher wasn't installed correctly. Phone calls to the principal to correct it go unanswered!
