Elite Appliance Service came through on a busy visit — dishwasher, washing machine, and freezer all needed attention and they handled everything professionally in one trip. The technician was knowledgeable, diagnosed each issue quickly, and explained what was wrong in plain language without being condescending. All three appliances have been working great since. Only minor complaint is the scheduling window was a bit wide and required some waiting around. Overall a reliable service I'd call again without hesitation.
Elite Appliance repair are top notch repair technicians. They show up on time, assess the issue and get it done. We have use them several times for various appliances over the years BUT never the same applicance twice. They are the best!
Very rude and not helpful at all
I contacted Elite to repair a 13 year old Kenmore Elite LG refrigerator. They came out the very same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and even had the part (compressor) in the truck. They had it up and running in an hour. Very professional and nice people to work with - would definitely recommend!
