Owner Tim is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail as to what he and his team were going to do, showed up early for the job, and swapped out my HVAC in under 6 hours. His team is very professional. I absolutely recommend this company, especially being a locally owned company. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you Elite Air! A great family-run business. Tim and his team run a very professional Outfit, they do quality work and also have the best prices. They installed a brand new AC unit and furnace, they also added a return vent into my master bedroom. A couple weeks after the install, I thought I was having issues and Tim sent a tech out right away to make sure everything was okay and it ended up being nothing. I cannot recommend them enough.

Receptionist hung up after getting frustrated after customer asked questions. Not good customer service.
