They make servicing so easy for me here. I opted to wait for my car this time and my servicing agent Ryan was great. He kept me up to date, made sure I had a comfortable spot to work while I waited and got me out earlier than expected. Excellent service and everyone is always so pleasant to deal with here.
Another fantastic experience with the Elite service department. The scheduling process was easy. The service writer was personable and prompt. He quickly got back to me w a video of the service tech going over the car with results and recommendations. A very nice experience
Everyone is respectful. My salesperson, Scott Goldberg, is great and the service assistant today, also Scott, was most helpful.

Very consistent with their service. Even during a snow storm, they were open and service my vehicle well. I waited there and the vehicle was done within a hour and half. I had a transmission and break fluid flush plus an oil change. I also had a tire rotation and was in and out. Daquan was the advisor today but Pat and Joe are my advisors as well and all three always give me the best advice for my vehicle and work with my budget. I appreciate your work.
