Good experience except for the 3 hour wait time for an oil change, battery replacement and alignment
Our services advisor today was Tom he was excellent he explained everything that was needed to be done and went over all the costs. We had asked if there was a loaner car and there was not. The Genl manager Pasquale offered to let us his car to go get lunch!...this dealership and the folks that work there are outstanding..highly recommended
I was able to get a same day appointment which was very impressive I got an oil change and brakes. Although my advisor Da’Quan Rogers was off work today he jumped right set up my paperwork and connected me to his coworker Patrick Flaherty who gave me top notch service.
