I had a disappointment if experience with the service department. I feel lied to and now question the integrity of the dealership. We have bought several cars there over the years and I always trusted the folks working there. Now that has changed.

Ryan my advisor was straightforward & didn’t sell me on anything that was not needed. Service tech was great in changing my trans fluid. Unlike other Acura dealers they actually did the service I requested. I will continue bringing my cars to elite Acura.

My vehicle left the dealership smelling like gasoline when I have a one year old that has to constantly be in my car.
