They stole my $6000 deposit and never got back to me. I initially gave a $6000 deposit to Elite Properties after Roni Arber showed me to a house on 853 N Fuller Ave and I was glad to rent it. After a week COVID-19 hit and due to health reasons of mine and my family I should return to Europe. I kept contacting Elit Properties every single day and when they heard my voice or my name they hanged up. I couldn’t reach them and when I did they said I should be patient and after time passed they never gave me my money back.
