Excellent. She listens, understands, and explains thing clearly. She is factually based in her diagnoses, acts immediately to directing tests, appointments with other specialists (e.g. she arranged an appointment the next day with another Doctor) etc., and doesn't reschedule unnecessary (in her opinion) appointments. professional in every respect, and a positive delightful person.
I have been seeing Dr. von Bun since 2013 for blood cancer. She is always kind and caring, while explaining everything in detail. I love the staff too--they are always cheerful and upbeat. I would recommend her to anyone. Love her!!
Excellent oncology doctor and staff. Very knowledgeable in her specialty. Listens to the patients desires and wishes.
Very thorough and she takes her time. Very good bedside manner.
I don't enjoy going to the doctors.....But I can say that I enjoy seeing Dr. Von Bun! She is a very smart woman. Takes her time with you to exam you and very caring!! She has eased my mind about alot going on with me and that says alot!
Very thorough caring Doctor
Saw Dr Von Bun first time 6/25/2019 as well as Trina, APRN. They were both beyond excellent. Trina was friendly, caring, thorough exam and history taken. Then Dr Von Bun greeted us with a smile and was so caring and enlightening. Second breast cancer patient - and switched from New Albany Cancer Center. She took the time to explain WHY I have to take an aromatase inhibitor which I didn't want to take for 5 years and it's importance which no other doctor had done in the past 2 years!! My dad had colon cancer and had an appointment with this so called doctor. When he asked questions about his treatment, she seemed as if he was bugging her. She is very dry and not caring at all. She told my dad that he could look up what he wanted to know on Google....What doctor says that?!?!
1 year ago today. We was told after the first treatment my dad was cancer free. Not in remission not we will keep a close i out. cancer free with a certificate. Then 2 months later he goes back with a spot on his liver instead of well u just fought cancer lets make sure its nothing. They just said it was a stress bump. 2 weeks later 1 spot turned into 5. 5 turned into terminal terminal turned into my dad passing away in a terrible state less then 9 months after being told cancer free.
