Elisa was absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She worked hard to compare comps in the area and priced our house just right. Not only did we sell in FOUR DAYS, we were able to make a significant amount of money. She was very patient during the building of our new home and made sure all of our questions were answered. Elisa was extremely helpful with both buying and selling our homes. Even though she wasn't our realtor with our MD home she offered her knowledge and expertise when we had any questions. She made the buying process in PA stress free and fully guided us the entire way. I highly recommend her services if you are looking for a realtor for your home or future home.
Elisa believed in us and our home. She listed it at a price that was the highest price our development saw in YEARS! We had our fingers crossed, and after only 6 days (12 showings later), our house sold for asking price! Elisa goes to bat for her clients, has great tools she offers her clients, and will truly become your friend by the end of the day. If there were 6 stars on this rating, she'd have them all!!
Elisa was over the top attentive when it came to all aspects of the sale of our home. I feel as though our best interest was always top of mind and any time we had a question or concern she was always a phone call away. I will admittedly say we were very anxious about the entire process, but she put us at ease and did an amazing job selling our home and providing us with top notch advice every step of the way. You honestly shouldn't look anywhere else when trying to find a realtor to assist you with your real estate needs.
We had our home listed with Berkshire Hathaway for 109 very long days during which time we had several open houses and only 2 private showings. The communication with the realtor was below acceptable. Often times it would take days to hear back as we had questions and concerns and as the time passed, ultimately, we were just ignored.
