TERRIBLE!!! wouldn't let and elderly lady order a HOT DOG and FRIES cause they were only on the kids menu? Afraid you might lose a couple bucks??, well you just lost a lot of bucks cause that lady has a big family who takes her out to eat often but not at your place anymore. Sure not a golden apple anymore, more like vinegar
I think it's outrageous that you refused to serve an elderly woman what she was really hungry for today -- just a hot dog and fries -- because it's only on the children's menu. That's TERRIBLE customer service! I can't believe you did that!!!
Terrible service! They would not serve my mother (88 yeasr old) a hot dog and french fries cuz she was an adult and it was only offered on the kids menu. We were willing to pay extra but the waitress sasid "she is an adult, we can't have her ordering off the child's menu" and then they ran out of decaf coffee which she drinks for medial reasons. NO STARS FOR THEM AND NO LONGER WILL I GO THERE! I had to post a star or it would not post, so 1 star only!
Why are hot dog and french fries considered as a kid menu ? No reason ... Don't serve the meal that my great aunt has chosen deserves one star
