I showed up today fifteen minutes prior to my three thirty scheduled appointment. To sit there for 45 minutes while every person that came in after me except one woman that came in right before I left was taken back for their appointment, I went to the receptionist and she's like, oh no, you're signed in, they'll be out to get you anytime.
