I was receiving care through DMH services, which connected me with ACCS. If I was actually mentally incapacitated, I'd be concerned about the services people actually render from them. Poor experience through unprofessionalism and lack of proactivity. Forced to apply to SSDI, even though I can and will work. Ultimately, they falsely indicate they can help with housing. So I CALLED DMH TONLET THEM KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY told me that they have been paying Eliot the last two months for me to be in A GROUP HOME!!! I’m not in a group home!!! I am a client of accs eliot in Malden and have made zero progress with them and I feel like because I advocate for myself and call them out on their wrong doings the team leaders of accs hold a personal vendetta against me they messed up on multiple things like my finances and they lie a lot don’t treat us like equals they treat us like we are less than and I Called dmh multiple times to complain i don’t feel comfortable working with them they are not helpful at all I would like to switch my case to vinfen or baycove because... read more
