I appreciate the fact the Marco was prompt in responding to my need in the repair of my A/C. He had a service man out the very next day to do the repair and everything is back to working normal.
I’ve been using Elim for years now. They’ve come out so quickly and the technician Enrique has been an absolutely pleasure to have over fix any issues we have. I would recommend this company and especially Enrique to anyone who needs assistance with their HVAC unit/issues!
Erick & Enrique provided excellent service, they were very patient with my questions and explained everything. Very polite and did a deep clean to get rid of mold in my mini splits. The office ladies, Cynthia and Norma were also lovely. Fair pricing and great customer service.
