This company is AMAZING!! I lost my house in the fires and they were exceptionally through in determining whether my rental would have clean air filters, heat and A/C
I had a 48+ year old furnace that needed to be replaced. I chose ELIM HVAC after interviewing and getting bids from several local South Bay companies. I felt they were the most honest and straightforward. Their bid was also fair priced. They were polite and worked cleanly and efficiently.
