April 2025 Kudos to Elim for their unbeatable customer service and friendly staff and technicians! Recently, I emailed them about a concern with the wiring to one of the force air unit's circuit breakers not being color-coded. They responded promptly, scheduling a technician to investigate. The communication was excellent throughout. I received text reminders when the service was scheduled, including the name of the service technician, and an update when the technician was en route to the property. We would highly recommend Elim HVAC for their great service and prompt feedback. We had this ventilation system issue of dryer, Pedro helped us quickly identify and resolve the issue. Both he and Elim staff are very nice to talk to. It was great experience
