I don't recommend this company to any one unprofessional No organization rude I cant seem to understand how you in charge of caring for someone with your unprofessionalism I had to chase them for my money twice they say they mail my check and W2's I never received it the person in charge of scheduling is very rude and have no customer service skills at all.
Wow! When I tell you that I have never seen a company such as this. I'm going to report them. Im getting in touch with someone today. They sent me to a home where a lady already had a caregiver. Then the lady sent me home. They gave me the run around so bad. I called them several times and they never returned my call. This is so ridiculous. They are playing games with people's lives. Most definitely a company i would not work for. I wouldn’t even allow them to take care of my loved one. I was called for an position. I filed an application. I was interviewed and hired all in the same 2 hours. No background was ran no drug test nothing. The following day they sent me to a lady’s house who’s supposed to have a lift to assist with getting in and out of bed. The lift wasn’t in the home. No belt was available to help assist.
