Would not rent from Terrible landlord experience. They refused to fix issues the entire time we lived there. When we moved in, they claimed the property was “clean,” but the floors were filthy. At move-out, they even charged us for a smoke detector that had been lying on the ground since day one—it never stayed mounted the whole time we lived there.
Super easy closing
