Dr Alvarez listens well and provided relevant information
Dr. Alvarez has been my provider of choice since the day I met him.
The waiting time when I arrived was very short. The check in at the front desk was smooth & they are very courteous.
I do not like how they do the lab tests the same day as the appointment with the doctor and then give the results via a very curt note several days later, even when it involves some significant changes to medications, etc. I would much rather that they do the blood work ahead so that it can be discussed at the appointment. This was the yearly physical and now we won't get a chance to interact with the doctor in person about it until a year from now. I think that is unacceptable.
The provider was attentive and thorough in addressing my medical issues. He was also comprehensive in his response to my questions and phrased his responses so they could easily be understood.
He is one of the best doctors I've experienced while being in Dallas. He listens and makes you feel like he cares. He takes the time to listen and provide you treatment options. He takes his time with you and isn't rushed.
I enjoy coming to this facility.
I was seen by Dr. Alvarez and he calmed my feelings about reactions to a Shingles vaccine.
Dr. Alvarez was concerned about lowering my A1C. He recommended me to take some samples of a new medication.
