Eli & Co best atmosphere in fay Ive had a good experience for the most part. The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. All the ladies there are upbeat and friendly, making your visit a good time. Although the prices are HIGH. way to high for me to go back. The end result just was never what i wanted. other than that i like them
Grey hair I must say my experience at Eli and Co was not very professional with the stylist that I choice ...I went to have my hair cut and highlights touched up when she was finished my color looked grey, I asked her ...does my hair look grey and she said NO, so I left and when I arrived home my family said You hair looks grey...I called the stylist that did my hair...no answer I left her message no return call....called the next morning no answer and no return call...I called her at Elis she was not in...so FINALLY she ans... read more
Not easy to please. I am a client of Brittany. I must admit that I am not easily satisfied when it comes to my hair. Brittany's work has never disatisfied me in the least. She listens to my ideas, desires and gives good advice...in a word she keeps me looking good! Communication...if it was lacking, it would be on my part, not hers. In fact she asks specifics from me that I would not think about. My best salon experience anywhere 5 stars isn't enough for Eli. She's the Yoda of hair design. I have naturally curly hair and have never gotten a good cut on my first visit to a stylist, but Eli's cut was not just good - it was outstanding. The color she did that day fixed what had been botched at another area, and very high-priced, salon. I really have never been happier with a hair cut or my color.

fantastic cut & color! best salon in Fayetteville. The staff here is amazing, i love coming to this place! i have gotten amazing cuts and colors here, i highly recommend them! A+! Also, their sinks are super comfortable and don't put pressure on your neck, and i love the hot towels after the shampoo!
Bad communication is not so good I was looking forward to experiencing a new salon in the area; I've been to several over the years and have yet to find one that "fits". Our stylist, Brittany, did a fine job communicating what she was going to do to my 6 year old's hair prior to starting the cut. I, too, shared with her what we wanted. Beyond satisfied with Brittany. I have been a client of Brittany's for a while now, i do not and will not go to anybody else. It sounds like to me Mozzer cannot be satisfied anywhere that she goes, considering, she said that she's been to several salons over the years. Brittany has always communicated with me acceptionally well that she does not accept debit/credit cards. She does however, accept CASH or CHECK.
